Camper Registration

The deposit is due at the time of registration. We accept cash or check
only. Please make sure to write your student(s)' name(s) on the
envelope or the check. Make your check payable to Trinity Chinese
Learning Center. The returned check processing fee is $25.

Food Policy
Each camper is responsible for bringing his/her own lunch, snacks, and water bottle.
Cancellation Policy
If
you cancel more than 30 days before your camp session starts, all other
fees will be refunded in full. Due to the difficulty of filling
cancelled spots just prior to or during the camping season,
cancellations for any session for any reason within 30 days of camp
dates will receive no fee refund. Final payment is due by the first day
of each session. All cancellations prior to the camp date must be sent
in writing to 106 Tallstar Dr, Austin, TX 78734.
You can email your cancellation to our registrar at trinitychineseLC@gmail.com.
Confirmation of the receipt of cancellation notice will be sent to you
by return mail or email. If you do not receive a confirmation of
cancellation, camp has not received your cancellation notice and no
refund will be given.
Session Cancellation Policy
We
reserve the right to cancel a session if enrollment is low or insufficient, parents will be notified a month before each camp. In
this instance, any tuition paid will be refunded in full, or can be
applied to an alternate session.
Trinity Chinese Learning Center reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or artwork of
and by campers in promotional materials. Class content may vary from
brochure descriptions at the discretion of the teacher. PDA’s, iPods,
personal phone use, and other similar electronic games are not allowed
at camp.
